The Gift of Self-compassion: Moving from hurt to healing
A full-day workshop with Bernadine Merker and Angela Engel
Saturday, October 18th 9am-4pm, 6091 S Quebec St., Centennial CO
Come spend a day with Bernadine and Angela to let go of patterns that dim our lives and integrate light, and life-giving habits. Self-compassion is a practice of acceptance, kindness, and mindfulness. As men and women, we are inherently valuable, connected by our humanity to one another. We are all subject to mistakes, pain, and disappointments. When we learn the practice of self-compassion, we gain the tools to approach ourselves and others with kindness instead of judgement. This new orientation has been highly successful in helping people improve their lives and cultivate inner peace.
This Self-compassion workshop is based on leading practices of change uniting both Eastern and Western philosophies, reflecting Angela’s and Bernadine’s combined sixty years of experience.
- Grow your self-compassion mindset
- Know and learn your triggers
- Free yourself from cycles of shame
- Master the tools for self-soothing, repair and restoration
- Re-write your story
- Access the path to liberation through forgiveness
